Items marked "Pre-Drilled" these are ready to hang. you will need screws and inserts for your walls. All pre drilled products are sent with mushroom caps to cover the holes, stained to match.

Products are available stained, but no polyurethane or varnish is applied. We sell Ready to Finish products only .

Personal checks are accepted but not shipped until cleared.

Most special orders are shipped 10 to 14 business days.

Special orders build time is subject to the availability of time. As these take longer than a stock product. Special order wall shelves and racks will not be pre-drilled unless I am asked to do so.

Will my order be shipped by the carrier I choose.

In very limited circumstances I will need to change Postal to UPS because of the size or quantity ordered. You will be notified if this is going to happen

All pieces can be modified for little or no additional cost

I can change the size slightly, larger or smaller to suit your needs. If you want a foot longer or a added shelf, ect. This is not a modification but a special order. This is no problem but the price will reflect the differences in materials, time and shipping. Remember to send your zip code when inquiring about a special order.
